Maitahi has 2 club training nights, Wednesday & Friday.
Over the summer there has been 2 sessions for each night, 4pm & 5:30pm. However, that reverts to one 4pm session over the winter.
This session is open to all Maitahi club members and you will need to respond to the Teamer invite.
