All options start and finish at Mabel Island, approx 2.5km from Picton Foreshore.
Short course 7km (with neutral 7km return, + paddle to and from start/finish line) – Kayak , Waka Ama, Ocean Rowing
Long course with no portages 25km – Kayak and Waka Ama
Long course with portages 25km on the water, 4km total portages – Kayak and W1 / W2 Waka Ama
