We had a great turn out for our open fun day on Sunday March 19th. We had 36 new paddlers try our waka ama for the first time. Great organisation getting that many people kitted up with life jackets, paddles and through the basic training before getting in the waka for a beautiful paddle around the bay.
We had an absolutely perfect day for it and had the 2 waka full most of the time. Thank you to the organisers and participants alike.
