With just a month to go until the SI Sprint Championships just a few key reminders. Full details are on the Event Page of our website.
The event takes place for the first time this year at South Eyre Lake, Eyrewell, about 30 mins NW of Christchurch. We will have a proper 500m course with proper turns so whether you need to qualify or not it’s a golden chance to get some proper racing in before January.
Entry is just $10 per paddler and covers both singles and W6. As it’s a sanctioned event, entries must be via Maitahi OCC, so get your money and entry Juno in as early as possible.
The Christchurch clubs will provide W6 but you will need too bring your own W1
Entries close 30th November so don’t delay.
