As mentioned a wee while ago, the committee has been looking at a new supplier of club shirts, singlets,hoodies etc to make it easier for members to order at short notice and not be tied to ordering just a few times a year.
Our likely supplier will be Kapinua, who are based in Levin. The turnaround time between ordering and receiving shirts is usually less than a week. They allow us to set up a ‘Club Page’ which contains all of our apparel. You simply go to that page on their website, choose what you want and order it. The more items you order the cheaper it becomes, so we may try to have a group ordering system, particularly when big events are coming up. We can also order ‘ Special Edition’ shirts with the event name added, perhaps particularly of interest to those going to World Championship events.
Anyway, we have only had three designs submitted to the design page we have advertised over the past couple of months so now comes the time for members to choose which one they want to form the basis of our club apparel.
We will let you know very shortly how to submit your preference but we will give you a little while to make up your mind. Here they are :
