Long Distance Nationals 2022

October 6th – 9th 2022 – Waitangi

Maitahi OCC has been sending more and more crews and individuals to race at LDN each year. There’s always a huge buzz wherever the race is held and the excitement of lining up against dozens of other OC6 in your event, is something you will really enjoy.

There is no qualification process for entry to the race.

Training for LDN brings crews very close together and it’s as much a mental challenge as a physical one. There is plenty of help and advice available at the club for anyone wanting to form or find a crew. If you are interested email Tony Davies for more information.

Race Entries

To enter you will need to pay your race fees to the Maitahi OCC account. Please note that it is the responsibility of the Team Manager to collect individual crew money and make a single payment :

 When you pay your fees please email Zoe Horvath [email protected] and Tony Davies [email protected] with the following information :

  • Crew name
  • List of crew members
  • Category.
  • If any of your crew are racing singles or doubles as well, this would be a good time to let us know, or they can contact us separately
