There may be rare occasions when organisers of gatherings at the club need to limit the number of attendees to 25 (non MVP check) or 100(MVP check). For the most part this won’t apply to individual crew bookings which will not even be close to those numbers.
However, if you do need to set a limit for a gathering it can be easily done if you are booking through the Teamer website on your laptop, though it doesn’t seem to appear if you are using the App to create the event. It’s just a drop down box as shown below.
When the limit has been reached the event will stop allowing more people to Accept, unless someone already accepted changes to Decline.
